If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel by 4:00 pm on the day before arrival. If you fail to cancel, one night’s room rate will be charged to your credit card or
you will forfeit your deposit.
Reservation guarantee or deposit equal to one nights room charge is required for all reservations.

We are a 100% Non-Smoking Hotel. Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the hotel.

Accessible rooms are available. Please call ahead to reserve accessible rooms, we are happy to accommodate your special needs.
We are pet friendly and allow up to two dogs in a rented room. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. Other pet types (e.g. cats) may be allowed upon the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. The pet friendly rate is $15.00 per pet with a two pet max of $30.00 per day. Pets cannot be left unattended.
There is an additional person charge for each additional person over 12.
Children under 12 stay free when sharing a room with their parents.
All Rates subject to a 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
