Reservations

What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is 3 p.m. Although availability of rooms is not assured prior to 3 p.m., we will make every effort to accommodate you. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel by 4:00 pm on the day before arrival. If you fail to cancel, one night’s room rate will be charged to your credit card or you will forfeit your deposit.

How can I make a reservation?

Do you require a deposit?

Reservation guarantee or deposit equal to one nights room charge is required for all reservations.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card are accepted.

Are rates subject to change?

Rates are subject to change without notice.
NOTE: Higher rate may apply to some special events, and we may require a minimum length of stay

What is the Maine lodging tax?

All Rates are subject to a 9% Maine Lodging Tax.

Hotel and Amenities

Are you pet-friendly?

We are pet friendly and allow up to two dogs in a rented room. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. Other pet types (e.g. cats) may be allowed upon the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. The pet friendly rate is $15.00 per pet with a two pet max of $30.00 per day. Pets cannot be left unattended.

What is your non-smoking policy?

We are a 100% Non-Smoking Hotel. Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the hotel.

Do you have cribs or cots?

Cot: $20.00, includes extra person charge.
Crib: $5.00

Do you have accessible rooms?

Accessible rooms are available. Please call ahead to reserve accessible rooms, we are happy to accommodate your special needs.

Is there an additional person charge?

There is an additional person charge for each additional person over 12.
Children under 12 stay free when sharing a room with their parents.
